**Providers:** email, password (hashed), profile details (name, bio, location, category), WhatsApp number, service listings, media uploads, subscription and payment metadata. **Clients (no account):** name, optional phone and email, booking messages, preferred appointment times. **All visitors:** page views, campaign attribution (UTM parameters), visitor session identifiers when cookies are accepted, technical logs.

3. How we use data

We use personal data to operate the platform, process bookings, send notifications, bill subscriptions, improve the marketplace, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and tracking

**Essential cookies:** session authentication for logged-in providers and admins. **Analytics / attribution cookies (with consent):** visitor ID and campaign attribution cookies to measure marketing effectiveness.
